We can also interpret in Norwegian / English / Filipino if necessary.
All applicants are tested and references checked using strict security measures to ensure hiring of the right personnel.
The tests consist of IQ Test, Personality Test, Bookkeeping and Accounting Test, Resourcefulness and Creativity Test, Computer Test and, Language and Communication Test.
All candidates undergo initial interviews and you will be presented with a selection of candidates within the specifications agreed upon.
You also have the opportunity to interview the candidates.
We will provide one (1) month of dedicated training in the Philippines.
Our training starts with basic education in Norwegian culture, society and work ethic.
It also includes the Norwegian accounting industry’s work seasonal peaks, VAT periods, reports, reporting due dates, etc.
We will review your company’s history, organization, customer groups and workflow, which programs are in use and what is expected of the employees.
Then we will train and guide your staff on how programs and the workflow run, and give them access to Norsk language and accounting knowledge resources.
After the theoretical training, the trainees will submit partially posted documents that will be approved in Norway before updating.
Gradually, the volume, responsibility and accountability for tasks will increase like regular new Norwegian employees.
There will be a two (2) month daily follow-up support where the communication with employees in the Philippines is gradually transferred from Back Office administration to the customer contact at your office.
